MY Builder’s warehouse provides high quality products and services and thereby we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase Please read our Refund, Return and Repair policy prior to your purchase.
We also encourage you to immediately inspect any goods that we deliver to you or that you collect from our warehouse to ensure you are completely satisfied with the goods and match the description we have provided to you.

We request to carefully choose your desired product as refunds are not generally provided where you have simply changed your mind, made a wrong selection or simply found the goods cheaper elsewhere. We recommend you scrutinize any orders before proceeding with your order.MY Builder’s warehouse handles return and processes refunds in accordance with the Australian Consumer Protection legislation .

  • Should you wish to return your order, please notify us within 14 days of purchase with a valid reason for return.
  • If we are unable to resolve your complaint or further assist you, we will process a refund upon timely receipt of the goods purchased.
  • Unopened goods will be refunded in full; products being returned need to be in original condition; with any packaging intact, and your proof of purchase included.
  • 10% worth of goods will be charged for re-boxing on goods if not returned in original box but in new condition.
  • Refunds will be processed promptly, and payment made by the same method that you made payment.
